US Driving Test Prep is an offline-first iPhone app. Version 0.3.0 includes California Class C, New York Class D and New Jersey Class D written-test practice. Available question banks depend on your installed app version.

Common Questions

Do I need an account?
No. This version does not require an account or login.

Does the app work offline?
Yes. After installation, the bundled practice content works offline.

Does the app collect data?
No. The app has no account, backend, ads, tracking, or analytics. Study progress remains on the device.

Does the app include purchases?
Yes. Each state includes fifty free questions. A separate one-time non-consumable purchase unlocks 300 more questions for that state, for 350 total. These are not subscriptions. Apple processes purchases, Restore Purchases is available in the paywall, and the app does not send purchase data to a developer server.

Does buying one state unlock the others?
No. Each state is purchased separately. Buying California, New York or New Jersey unlocks only that state. The App Store shows the local price before purchase.

Which study languages are included?
Version 0.3.0 provides English and Simplified Chinese + English question content. Spanish and Vietnamese question display modes from earlier versions are not included.

Is this an official DMV app?
No. US Driving Test Prep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the California DMV, any DMV, any state agency, or any government agency.
